The landscapers are doing a great job – they are being very generous with the wood chips which make everything look better. I am so pleased with the progress. The Manager has visited with me and we talked about the sod for the bare spaces – I told him I have the most wonderful back yard but I do not expect a pristine lawn to go far back – that would not be fair to the complex – I told him to use his judgment on how to handle the space – he told me the sprinkler system is part of the same company and he said it is obvious that the system is not working around my villa and he planned to work with that department going forward. On another note: their personnel is so very pleasant and friendly.

I have had a few issues recently with the campus, including a surplus of weeds, and lack of edging. I spoke to the manager, and he had his crew here the following day to correct the issues. I have received a bounty of compliments on the manager’s quality of care, and I can tell you that he is such a valuable asset to your organization.
